Not a planner.
The AI that holds your vision.

A continuity engine for human intention.

Brainframe isn't a planner. It's the AI that holds your vision, watches your patterns, and nudges you at the right moment — built for the brilliant, overloaded, non-linear brain.

For the overloaded, non-linear mind that holds a thousand threads — and refuses to stay stuck.

Who it's for

Your brain isn't broken.
The tools were.

Brainframe was built for anyone whose cognitive load outpaces the tools around them. Diagnosed or not, you need a system that reduces friction instead of adding to it.

Working memory & initiation

When the gap between knowing and doing feels enormous, it's not a character flaw — it's a working memory problem. Task freeze, blank-page paralysis, and the loop of 'I know I need to start but I can't' are all symptoms. Brainframe holds everything outside your head so you can stop trying to remember and start doing.

Anxiety & OCD tendencies

Racing thoughts, mental loops, and shame spirals are exhausting. Rejection sensitivity — the disproportionate pain from perceived failure or criticism — keeps tasks undone and spirals running. Getting everything out of your head and into a system is a documented anxiety-reduction technique. Brainframe makes it automatic.

ADHD

Time blindness, task freeze, dopamine-driven motivation, and RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) — the sudden, intense pain from perceived rejection — are all real. Brainframe doesn't ask you to push through. It catches what your brain drops, surfaces it at the right moment, and removes the decision overhead that stalls everything.

Burnout

Depleted executive function in previously high-functioning people. You used to be organised. Now everything takes twice as long. Brainframe removes the overhead so you can recover, not fight.

Autism / AuDHD

Sensory overload, demand avoidance, and the cost of constant task-switching compound cognitive load in ways most apps ignore. External structure eliminates the 'what do I do now?' paralysis. The Morning Pulse is predictable, calm, and never surprising.

Brain fog & chronic illness

From long COVID to autoimmune conditions to chronic fatigue — when capacity varies day to day, you can't rely on memory or willpower. Brainframe holds everything so your system doesn't collapse on the hard days, and picks back up exactly where you left off.

Multipotentialite

You have too many genuine interests to choose just one path — and every productivity system tells you to focus. Brainframe holds all your threads at once. Nothing gets abandoned. Everything stays accessible when you're ready to return.

Executive dysfunction

You know exactly what you need to do. Task paralysis, freeze response, and chronic procrastination aren't laziness — they're the gap between intention and action that executive dysfunction creates. Brainframe reduces the activation energy — no blank page, no decision overhead. Just the next right thing, surfaced for you.

No label — just overwhelmed

Founders, parents, solo operators, knowledge workers. Diagnosed or not, if your mind runs faster than your tools, this was built for you.

Swipe or use arrows — 9 minds

The first 60 seconds of your day, fixed.

Most apps ask you to structure your day before you've had coffee. Brainframe doesn't. You wake up. You open the app. You get one curated briefing of what actually needs to happen today. No overwhelming backlogs. No guilt-trips. Just clarity.

Zero categorization required.
Intelligently surfaces what matters today.
Hides the noise until you need it.

7 more things resting in your holding area

Built for how your brain actually works.

Folders, tags, and priorities are friction. Brainframe removes the friction between a thought and a system.

Live

The Dump

One text box. Just write — sentences, fragments, rants, three things at once. Brainframe reads the intent, splits the thoughts, and files each one automatically.

Live

Voice Dump

Driving, washing dishes, mid-spiral — tap the mic and talk. Brainframe transcribes your voice and routes every task, idea, and appointment out of it automatically.

Live

AI Accountability Partner

Your AI partner lives inside the app. It observes your patterns, asks the specific questions you didn't know to ask yourself, celebrates real progress against what you said you want to change, and checks in when momentum stalls — in-app, by email, or as a push notification straight to your device. No one to invite. Always there.

Live

Time Blindness Proof

We estimate effort for every task you dump. When your Morning Pulse adds up to more than a realistic day, it tells you — gently, without shame — to defer one thing.

Live

Habits

Dump "work out every morning" or "gym Mon/Wed/Fri" — the AI recognizes it as a recurring commitment and adds it with the right schedule: daily, every other day, or specific weekdays. One tap yes/no each day it's due. A calm dot history. No streaks, no shame, just honest signal.

Live

Focus Mode

When it's time to work, lock in. One priority on screen — no decisions, no notifications. Choose a countdown when you need a hard end point, or let the clock run open and just show elapsed time. No urgency pressure. When you're done, your pulse knows.

Live

No Guilt Overdue

Tasks that slip don't pile up in red. They return quietly to the holding area with no overdue badge, no shame counter, no punishment. Just: still waiting, when you're ready.

Live

Progress History

Every real win, in one place. See everything you've actually finished — today, this week, this month, this year — including logged activities and habit check-ins, not just tasks.

Live

Calendar View

A visual timeline of everything with a date attached — appointments, deadlines, events, plus recurring bills and income — so you can see your month the moment you open the app. Tap any day to see what's on it. The money section shows what's arrived, what's been paid, and exactly what's in hand right now.

Live

Projects

Group related tasks under a project — work, side hustle, home renovation, anything. Dump "Brainframe: write the proposal" and it files itself in the right place automatically.

Live

People

Add anyone who generates tasks — a client, your boss, a contractor, a kid's teacher. Dump "call Marcus about the proposal" and it links to Marcus automatically. No manual tagging.

Live

Rotating Routines

For multi-step plans that rotate day to day — Push, Pull, Legs, Rest, or any sequence you dump. One tap completes today's step and the rotation advances on its own, with a calm history of what you've done.

Live

Conversation Import

Paste any ChatGPT, Claude, or AI conversation directly into Brainframe. It reads the thread, extracts every task, idea, and intention buried in it, and routes each one automatically.

Live

Rest Day Intelligence

Tell Brainframe you're taking a rest day — or set recurring off-days so it knows your schedule — and your pulse is protected. No penalty. No low score. The system sees intentional recovery as a full day, not a gap. On rest days, your insight switches to curated recovery-science messaging instead of pattern analysis.

Building

Email Triage

Brainframe reads your Gmail overnight and delivers a morning triage in your Pulse: what needs action, what needs a reply, what's just noise. Your inbox, sorted before you even open it.

Grounded in research

Not productivity folklore.
How these brains actually work.

Brainframe is built across five research domains — behavior change science, cognitive load theory, ADHD neuroscience, mindset and self-regulation, and the gut-brain-metabolism connection. Every design decision is traceable to published, peer-reviewed science.

🔁

Behavior change & habit formation

Behavior happens when motivation, ability, and a prompt converge at the same moment. Brainframe reduces friction and installs reliable cues — the two levers that research shows matter most when motivation is structurally unreliable.

Fogg · Gollwitzer · Oettingen · Brewer

📐

Cognitive load & working memory

Working memory has a hard cap. Externalizing thoughts isn't a workaround — it is using the tools the way they're designed. Every interface decision minimizes extraneous cognitive load to protect the capacity that exists.

Sweller · Baddeley · Kahneman

🧠

Executive function & neurodivergent brains

Time blindness, initiation failure, and variable capacity aren't motivation problems — they are documented neurological patterns. Brainframe is designed around how overloaded executive systems actually activate, not how they should.

Barkley · Brown · Hallowell · Ratey · Tuckman

💡

Mindset, motivation & self-regulation

Positive fantasy alone reduces motivation — the research is counterintuitive and clear. Brainframe frames all behavioral observations as data rather than judgment, because shame is a documented performance suppressor, not a motivator. Avoidance, freeze, and shutdown are treated as nervous-system responses, not character failures.

Baumeister · Dweck · Csikszentmihalyi · Maté · van der Kolk

🌿

Gut-brain axis, nutrition & health performance

90% of serotonin is produced in the gut. Blood glucose variability is a direct cognitive performance variable — not a wellness observation. Chronic stress degrades gut microbiome health within hours, amplifying neuroinflammation and reducing executive function. Nutrient deficiencies in magnesium, omega-3s, and B vitamins show up as executive dysfunction before they show up as physical symptoms. Brainframe's energy and food tracking is grounded in this clinical science.

What else is in here

More than a task manager. Much more.

Features that most productivity apps don't think to build — because they weren't designed for the way your brain actually works.

Start with your capacity, not a to-do list.

Before Brainframe surfaces a single task, it asks how you're actually doing. Energy, focus, and mood shape what your day looks like — because a $2 capacity day and a $10 capacity day shouldn't have the same plan.

It watches your patterns, not just your streaks.

Brainframe reads your entries over time and notices what you don't — which contexts you thrive in, which ones stall you, and when you're sliding toward overwhelm. Not to judge. To reflect.

Everything you dump connects to what matters.

Every thought you drop into Brainframe gets routed to the right project, life area, or person — automatically. Nothing floats in a void. Every item is anchored to the bigger picture you're building.

A goal scale that measures momentum, not perfection.

Your goals don't need a daily check-in to stay alive. Brainframe tracks how your actions connect to your intentions over time — so you can see real movement even on the days that didn't go to plan.

Budgeting for brains whose money isn't linear.

See what arrived, what's been handled, and exactly what's in hand right now — with overdue bills called out first (no shame, just first in line) and a clear view of what's still ahead. Money held, not policed.

Yours to share, if you choose.

Pull a clean summary of your patterns, entries, and progress. Print it, share it, or bring it to your next session with a therapist, coach, or doctor. No app access required on their end.

Every design decision is traceable to published, peer-reviewed science

Larae, Founder of Brainframe

Larae

Founder & Builder

I built this because I had to.

I'm a licensed esthetician in Texas. I loved that work — and health issues took it from me before I was anywhere near done with it.

If that were the first time life pulled a career out from under me, it might have broken me. It wasn't the first time. My story is a string of reinventions: training for new careers, building new dreams, and watching them get derailed by things I didn't choose — health, circumstance, timing. There were so many moments I wanted to just give up. Somewhere inside, I couldn't. I still can't.

Here's what I know about myself now: my brain has never worked in straight lines — and I spent a long time thinking that was a flaw I needed to fix. I have perfectionism that paralyzes me at the finish line. I have a chronic illness that can pull the floor out mid-stride on my best days. And I am — as it turns out — a multipotentialite: someone who genuinely needs multiple projects running at once, because that's not distraction. That's how I'm wired. One thing at a time isn't focus for me. It's suffocation.

The hard part isn't any one of those things on its own. It's the morning I wake up with real momentum — two apps, three companies, a dozen things in motion — and by noon, my body has made a different decision. The crash doesn't care what was on the list. And the shame that follows is the part nobody talks about. The grief of a good day cut short by something you didn't choose.

What made it worse was returning. After a flare, a bad brain day, a week where nothing was possible — coming back meant confronting everything I'd lost track of. Priorities I couldn't reconstruct. Projects I'd been mid-thought on. Things that mattered, gone to the fog. I wasn't just recovering from the bad day. I was starting over from it. Brainframe exists, in part, to eliminate that second loss — so that when I return, the context is still there. The threads are held. I can pick up where I left off, not where I fell.

When AI emerged, I made myself a promise: whatever this new world was becoming, I would not be left behind by it. So I started learning — and building. I was deep into creating an app when I looked up one day and saw it: ten browser windows, each holding a dozen tabs, every one of them an idea I was coming back to. I was working on one thing while my mind was already running the next ten steps of the next ten projects. I couldn't help it. And I finally understood my own brain.

Nothing finished because everything started.

I didn't need another planner. I needed something that could hold all the threads when I couldn't. Something that understood my patterns without judging them. That knew the difference between a lazy day and a sick one. That could hold the vision when I lost the thread — and get me, at last, to the results I could already see in my head.

It didn't exist. So I'm building it.

Brainframe is for every brilliant, overloaded, non-linear brain that refuses to quit. I know you. I am you.

Chat AI tells you what you want to hear.

Brainframe tells you what you need to know.

The AI assistants people use all day are warm, helpful, responsive — and pull. They wait for you to show up. Brainframe is the system that shows up when you don't.
